3. AFFILIATE LINKS AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

As a partner, you will receive special tracking links for monitoring traffic and sales generated through your promotional efforts. You commit to using only the promotional materials provided by Deals.savewithnerds and displaying them in a lawful and ethical manner. Any form of misleading promotions or deceptive practices is strictly prohibited.

4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Partners will earn commissions based on qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission structure, rates, and payment details will be specified on the affiliate platform and are subject to change at the discretion of Deals.savewithnerds.

5. PAYMENTS

Commissions will be disbursed according to the payment schedule outlined on the affiliate platform. Payment methods and thresholds may be subject to change, and it is the responsibility of the partner to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

6. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Partners must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including guidelines from relevant authorities in the UK. It is mandatory to disclose your affiliate relationship and any compensation received when promoting Deals.savewithnerds.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Partners must refrain from engaging in any activities that may damage the reputation of Deals.savewithnerds. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, using illegal or unethical marketing methods, and participating in any form of fraudulent activity.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

The affiliate relationship may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause. Deals.savewithnerds reserves the right to terminate the partner's participation in the program if the partner violates the terms of this agreement.

9. MODIFICATIONS

Deals.savewithnerds retains the right to modify the terms of this Partner Policy at any time. Partners will be informed of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the modified terms.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

This Partner Policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
